Microplane Gourmet Set

The high-quality Microplane Gourmet Grater Set comes in a stylish gift box and combines three practical kitchen tools for versatile and precise use. The graters in the Gourmet Series were specially developed to meet the needs of both professional and home cooks.
They feature a wider grating surface, a comfortably soft soft-touch handle, and a non-slip rubber base that ensures a secure grip. Thanks to their well-thought-out design, you can grate both at an angle and directly over bowls, dishes, and pots.

Zester: The razor-sharp, photo-etched blades—Made in the USA—cut food particularly finely and precisely without tearing it. Ideal for citrus zest, chocolate, ginger, nutmeg, and much more.

Coarse Grater: The very coarse blade cuts food into thick, even strips and is particularly suitable for soft cheeses, fruits, and vegetables. Ideal for apples, onions, cabbage, potatoes, and other ingredients.

Professional Peeler: With the Microplane Professional Peeler, you can peel both soft and hard foods paper-thin. The movable blade adapts perfectly to the shape of the food being peeled—for effortless peeling of carrots, cucumbers, zucchini, potatoes, asparagus, parsnips, kiwis, mangoes, and apples.
